Can I cancel my order?
If your order has been confirmed but not shipped (you have not received a shipping confirmation email), please email [email protected] with your order details.
Can I edit or add anything to my order?
Once an order is placed, we are unable to make changes to the order. However, if you need to update your shipping address or contact information, please contact our customer service team immediately after placing your order.
Can I send my order as a gift?
Yes, we don’t currently offer gift wrapping, but you can ship directly to your recipient by entering their details at checkout. A receipt with prices will not be included in the parcel; however, items do have a tag that displays the price.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay securely with Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and Afterpay. All payments are processed safely, and your details are protected at every step.
